Welcome to La Casa de Jardin Boutique Hotel Bed & Breakfast! Nestled in the heart of Isla Mujeres, our story began like many visitors—seeking a peaceful escape. We found a place we couldn’t leave. After a few years of searching, we discovered the perfect spot, once called “The Jungle Lots,” and transformed it into a relaxing vacation retreat in 2019/2020.
With Shelley’s vast experience in the restaurant industry and Susan’s world travel, we’ve created a unique Boutique Hotel Bed and Breakfast experience. We have a unique little place, with a relaxed vibe, comfortable suites, concierge services, and views of Cancun and the Caribbean Sea. We are a prefect fit for individual travelers, small groups, health and wellness fitness retreats, and offer a full service – intimate wedding venue. Here at Casa Jardin, we’re committed to making sure your stay is relaxing, and ensuring every moment spent, meets each individuals vacation needs, where you are in charge of your vacation experience.

Our free concierge services are here to help you plan your perfect vacation. Whether you want to explore the island or simply unwind, we’ll guide you to the best experiences. The house itself is a serene retreat, designed with your comfort in mind. Each suite is thoughtfully decorated, offering a blend of luxury and coziness. We’ve created a space where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Isla Mujeres.

The Property
Located in the calm and beautiful Punta Sur area of Isla Mujeres, La Casa de Jardin offers a unique 3-story Garden House with four beautiful suites, plus two additional suites at Casa Jardin Dos, giving you the option of up to six rooms in total. Each suite features spacious living areas with a kitchenette, a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, and luxurious linens.
You’ll enjoy modern amenities like laptop-size safes, hairdryers, air conditioning, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living rooms, and a water softener system for added comfort. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience. Upstairs suites boast private balconies with stunning views of the Caribbean and Cancun, perfect for relaxing.
So, whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, La Casa de Jardin provides a serene escape where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of Isla Mujeres.

Breakfast Included
Breakfast is included for double occupancy. If more than two people are staying, there’s a $40 charge per extra person. Please let us know before you arrive. Our chef prepares breakfast from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, including fresh juice and coffee. You can also add a carafe of mimosas with fresh-squeezed juice for an extra charge. If you miss breakfast because you were out late, we’ll recommend some of our favorite local spots!.

- Fishing Adventures: Head out with Sea Hawk Divers for an unforgettable fishing trip. Catch some fresh fish and bring it back to Casa Jardin, where our chef will cook it up just for you.
- Diving Trips: Explore the Cave of the Sleeping Sharks or the Cruz de la Bahia. For a touch of good luck, leave pesos at the foot of the Virgin Mary statue 20 feet underwater.
- Island Getaways: Take a day trip to Isla Contoy, a beautiful bird sanctuary.
